    蔡老板酱菜食业有限公司是一家农副产品深加工企业，位于中共早期卓越领导人之一蔡和森的家乡。
    Caiboss Sauce Food Co., Ltd. is a farm products processing enterprise. It lies in the hometown of Cai-hesen who was one of the earliest revolutionary leaders of the Chinese Communist Party. 

    主要产品永丰辣酱，是中国湖南传统特产，历史悠久。早在明朝崇祯年间，永丰地区就开始晒制辣酱，其中以蔡和森的祖辈开设的蔡广祥（蔡老板）酱园最为著名（后来蔡和森少年时代曾在此店学徒三年）。清朝咸丰年间，湘军领袖、中兴名臣曾国藩把家乡特产永丰辣酱带到京城，深受皇上喜爱，列为皇室贡品。从此，永丰辣酱誉满神州，并逐渐名扬天下，远销新加坡、美国、日本等国家。
    The main product of the company is Yongfeng Chili Sauce. It is a traditional special product with a long history in Hunan, China. In early Chongzhen's years, during the Ming Dynasty, people began to make chili sauce in the Yongfeng area. Cai-Guangxiang's (Boss Cai) Sauce garden, which was opened up by Cai-heseng's ancestry was the most famous of all.（Later, young Cai-hesen was an apprentice in that garden for three years.）During the rule of Xianfeng, Qing Dynasty, Zeng-guofan who was a famous courtier and the leader of the Xiang Army took the special product of his hometown, Yongfeng Chili Sauce to Beijing. The emperor loved it so much that he gave it his royal seal of approval. From then on, Yongfeng Chili Sauce was famous all over China, and gradually it became known to foreigners. It is exporfed to Singapore, America, Japan and other countries.
